What is Summer Madness?
Summer Madness is a new, major, state wide, Uniting Church, youth ministry experience, for your young people and their leaders or mentors. This camp will have great teaching, discipleship development, worship, a range of spiritual growth opportunities and a whole heap of fun at the same time. Summer Madness will also provide experiences to help groups bond within themselves and opportunities to mix with other young people from across the state.
Summer Madness is the biggest youth ministry event our church has hosted in years. Organised by our Uniting Church Qld Youth Workers and lay leaders and with the support of the Queensland Synod Youth and Children’s Ministry Unit.
Dates:
11-14 January 2008. Summer Madness begins after dinner on Friday 11 January and concludes after lunch Monday 14 January 2008.
Who for:
Anyone who will be in high school in 2008.

What a great way to start the year! Why wait for February or March to build up some momentum for 2008? This will be a great chance to help young people to build their faith and increase their own momentum and ability to face the year ahead.
