Pre/Post Tours and Twinning
Many of the people attending Summer Madness will be from out of town, some from way out of town in fact! To make the most of their air fares and being in the South East corner, it would make sense for them to see the sights while down here. Some local Brisbane or coast churches may be willing to host another group for a day or two and show them the sights of Brisbane or the coast either before or after the camp. This might mean picking the group up from the airport, taking them on a city cat along the river an then having a BBQ at Southbank, then home to billet with the local youth group families, or to sleep in the church hall. The next day travelling together to the camp or if the hosting is after the camp, taking them to the airport.
