Cost and Accommodation:
Option A: Dormitory on site All included $150
Includes dorm style accommodation with shared bathroom facilities. All meals are included in this option. You will need to provide your own bed linen and pillows. All meals will be provided by Alex Park Conference Centre and will include breakfast, lunch, dinner and morning & afternoon teas. Please ensure that your young people indicate on their registration
Option B: Tents – supplied by own group All included $130
Allows groups to use their own tents. All meals are included in this option and access to shower and toilet facilities via the main conference centre.All meals will be provided by Alex Park Conference Centre and will include breakfast, lunch, dinner and morning & afternoon teas. Please ensure that your young people indicate on their registration
Option C: Program only – Find and pay for your own off site accommodation and BYO meals. Cost – $70
Is a program only option. This means your group will need to provide their
own accommodation and meals. Please note there are no cooking or preparation
facilities available on site for this option.
